Open Houses – When appropriate for the listing, I will hold an open house to bring in the most potential buyers. Broker to Broker Networking – West Seattle has a robust broker’s open (open houses for real estate brokers) schedule which bodes well for getting the word out about your listing. Those brokers likely have buyers who are looking for homes just like yours!
